Flexible Benefits Administration Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support Asia Pacific clients by monitoring and tracking submitted claims and reimbursements within the Health & Benefits team
• Perform data entry, validation, and manipulation to ensure accuracy of benefits information
• Review and check data against subject domain knowledge, such as health and group benefits
• Collaborate with a global team to ensure quality and on-time delivery of work
• Apply structured problem-solving and analytical thinking to improve task efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a program with a heavy emphasis on mathematics or business
• 1-2 years of work experience in an insurance company or an outsourcing company handling healthcare processes (e.g., claims, enrollment)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office suite
• Strong proficiency in English with good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work shift hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in benefits brokerage or insurance administration
• Experience with complex data validation and manipulation
