About the role
Responsibilities
- Support Asia Pacific clients by monitoring and tracking submitted claims and reimbursements within the Health & Benefits team
- Perform data entry, validation, and manipulation to ensure accuracy of benefits information
- Review and check data against subject domain knowledge, such as health and group benefits
- Collaborate with a global team to ensure quality and on-time delivery of work
- Apply structured problem-solving and analytical thinking to improve task efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a program with a heavy emphasis on mathematics or business
- 1-2 years of work experience in an insurance company or an outsourcing company handling healthcare processes (e.g., claims, enrollment)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong proficiency in English with good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work shift hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in benefits brokerage or insurance administration
- Experience with complex data validation and manipulation
