Responsibilities

• Represent the premium lifestyle brand as a brand ambassador
• Provide competent sales services for our collections
• Support and build relationships with new and existing customers
• Work independently within the sales team
• Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team on product presentation
• Handle cash register operations and process customer returns/complaints

Requirements

• Ideally, initial experience in textile retail
• High affinity for sales and customer service
• A motivating, confident personality with strong social skills
• Ability to work well in a team and a hands-on mentality
