Flex Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Maintain site access control and visitor logs
• Monitor entry points, verify credentials, and manage visitor check-ins
• Conduct patrols and safety checks
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents
• Write detailed incident and daily activity reports
• Support workplace safety initiatives and report potential hazards
• Provide customer service and ensure client satisfaction
• Serve as a first point of contact for inquiries, directions, and assistance

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid California BSIS Guard Card
• Flexible availability for all shifts including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Computer proficiency and report writing ability
• Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous security or customer service experience
• Monitoring and surveillance experience
