Flex Pac (Picker/Packer)

Responsibilities

• Remove customer orders from totes, inspect units for accuracy, and apply value-added services
• Pack items into appropriate cartons, apply labels/barcodes, and place them on the exit queue conveyor
• Perform keyboard transactions to operate core systems such as the Maui system
• Execute value-added services including price ticketing, hanging, specialized folding, and bagging
• Operate handheld and overhead scanners to process garments
• Assemble and manually tape cartons as needed
• Maintain established accuracy and productivity goals

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Proficiency with handheld scanners and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong hand/eye coordination and excellent number correlation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and team orientation skills
• Flexibility regarding job responsibilities and a positive, energetic demeanor
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus
