Flex Officer

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all parties encountered while on duty
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk
• Control access for tenants, visitors, or vendors
• Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to prevent theft
• Respond to incidents and emergencies and record data for management

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Able to acquire and maintain a valid Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC)
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Able to meet physical functions including lifting 50+ lbs and completing foot patrols
• Availability for at least two shifts per week, including weekends and holidays
• Personal vehicle strongly preferred for travel between sites

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year experience in security, customer service, retail, hotel, or restaurant positions
• Bi-lingual skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
