About the role

Responsibilities

Manage on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and equipment testing for CO2 high-pressure cylinders and related products.
Serve as a versatile resource by filling in as a Delivery Driver, Installer/Technician, or Depot Supervisor as needed to address manpower shortages.
Perform supervisory duties when required, including monitoring employee timesheets, training drivers, and inspecting depot property and equipment.
Conduct regular safety inspections, inventory counts, and equipment maintenance checks to ensure DOT and OSHA compliance.
Communicate effectively with schedulers, sales, and operations managers regarding installation challenges and resource planning.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Minimum CDL Class B license with HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements.
Valid Medical Card and a clean driving record.
Strong mechanical ability and basic knowledge of building construction processes.
Ability to travel 50% or more, including overnight stays, often with minimal notice.
Physical ability to lift up to 55 lbs, maneuver heavy equipment up to 750 lbs using handcarts, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces or extreme temperatures.

Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
Minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
At least one year of commercial driving experience in a similar vehicle within the last three years.
Previous experience in plumbing, cable installation, or construction.
Experience with pressurized gas systems and hazardous materials.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using industry software like UltiPro or E-Pal.
