Softline Solutions is a full-service digital marketing agency based in Southern California that helps businesses grow online by increasing visibility, generating leads, and boosting sales. We build tailored, data-driven campaigns across key digital channels and manage everything from strategy to execution and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Execute logo design and brand identity work across active projects
• Architect brand systems end-to-end, defining standards for typography, color, and iconography
• Own brand guideline development for designers, partners, and vendors
• Prepare and manage pre-press art files for packaging, catalogs, and large-format print
• Design OOH and large-format adaptations including billboards and signage
• Produce commercial design work across digital and print channels
• Contribute to brand strategy copywriting including naming and messaging frameworks

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or a production-focused creative role
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Solid command of typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Hands-on experience with packaging design and dieline setup
• Demonstrated range across print, packaging, OOH, or digital media
• Familiarity with AI tools in creative workflows (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Agency or fast-paced in-house experience managing multiple brand identities
• Exposure to paid media or email production workflows
• Experience with motion design or video tools (After Effects, Premiere, Cinema 4D, Blender)
• Familiarity with Figma for design systems documentation
