Softline Solutions is a full-service digital marketing agency based in Southern California that helps small and mid-sized businesses grow online by increasing visibility, generating leads, and boosting sales. They build tailored, data-driven campaigns across key digital channels and manage everything from strategy to execution and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead logo identity development from brief through delivery
• Architect brand systems end-to-end including typography, color, and iconography
• Own brand guideline development for designers, partners, and vendors
• Establish brand identity extension into 3D, motion, and video
• Lead concepting for OOH, experiential, and environmental activations
• Apply brand systems thinking to commercial work including packaging, print, and digital assets
• Contribute to brand strategy copywriting and messaging frameworks

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in brand identity design or brand systems
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Strong working knowledge of motion and 3D tools (After Effects, Premiere, Cinema 4D, or equivalent)
• Proven track record authoring brand guidelines
• Motivation by business outcomes and conversion

Preferred Qualifications

• Agency or fast-paced in-house experience
• Background in packaging design and print specifications
• Experience with motion design or video tools like Blender or Keyshot
• Familiarity with Figma for design systems
