Flemish Solution Specialist

Responsibilities

• Secure new customer wins by maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
• Provide technical product overviews and insights based on customer needs
• Deliver innovative ideas to accelerate customer success in the cloud
• Position competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer experiences
• Audit implementation requirements and pricing calculations for accurate cost projections
• Act as the key technical contact for the SMB Vendor Tele team
• Conduct group and one-on-one training sessions across the Center
• Research and stay updated on cloud capabilities and competitor pricing

Requirements

• Native level Flemish speaker
• Fluent English (B2 level)
• 3-6 years of technology-related sales or business development experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering
• Understanding of cloud computing technologies and emerging trends
• Minimum Fundamentals certification required
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• EU passport required

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• Experience in a technical sales or presales environment
• L200 certification
