Fleet Transaction Leader

Responsibilities

• Manage the review and preparation of documentation for aircraft, engine, and component lease agreements to ensure contractual compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external law firms, translators, and notaries to facilitate the incorporation of new aircraft and engines.
• Oversee the review and management of maintenance contracts and programs related to fleet utilization.
• Support requests from lessors regarding transfers, novations, and refinancings.
• Assist various departments in handling aircraft incidents or claims that require maintenance, repairs, or expense reimbursements.
• Maintain organized physical and digital archives of all fleet-related legal and transactional documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• Minimum 7 years of experience practicing as a lawyer.
• Proven experience in transactional law and contract drafting/review.
• Strong knowledge of administrative, corporate, and obligations law.
• Advanced English proficiency (both conversational and written).
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Availability to work onsite in Santa Fe.
