Fleet Trainee - Dredging Track (Middle East)

Responsibilities

• Support engineering and operational projects to ensure reliable vessel performance
• Assist with maintenance, upgrades, and daily operations within the dredging fleet
• Combine technical problem-solving with hands-on involvement both in the office and on-site
• Complete two tailored assignments over a 12-month period to prepare for a Technical Superintendent role
• Work closely with experienced colleagues and mentors to meet development goals

Requirements

• Completed BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a similar discipline
• Strong technical affinity for machinery, technical systems, or maritime environments
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Ability to work flexibly in different environments and adapt to changing project conditions, including working abroad
• A practical, hands-on mindset and a desire to work in a dynamic technical setting
