Fleet Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Ensure vehicles are safe, clean, and ready for customer use through readiness checks and offboarding.
• Transport vehicles between locations, including fueling, cleaning, staging, and maintenance facilities.
• Execute vehicle recoveries and move vehicles to and from TLC and DMV inspections for regulatory compliance.
• Perform basic vehicle checks regarding fuel levels, cleanliness, and documentation completeness.
• Maintain accurate logs of vehicle movement, inspection appointments, and compliance status.
• Support real-time logistical problem solving to minimize vehicle downtime.
• Serve as the first point of contact for on-site customer inquiries.

Requirements

• 3+ years of driving experience.
• Valid US state DMV driver’s license.
• Strong driving skills with cautious and precise motor control.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of computer proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify vehicle imperfections.
• Proven punctuality and reliability.
