Fleet Support Administrator

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless fleet operations by performing daily inventory checks and managing vehicle availability
• Coordinate with dealerships and body shops for timely vehicle repairs and maintenance
• Assist the Fleet Manager with scheduling, obtaining repair estimates, and generating purchase orders
• Prepare new vehicles for rental by handling documentation, decals, tags, and inventory system updates
• Oversee vehicle disposal processes, including condition reports and equipment verification
• Monitor shift activities, including vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and future fleet demand planning

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide data-driven insights and in-depth reporting
• Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory, repair schedules, and work orders
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced team environment
• Strong communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week (including day or evening shifts)
• Ability to travel 5-10% of the time
