Fleet Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the rental fleet, including vehicle deployment, maintenance, and servicing
• Schedule and supervise routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs
• Supervise a team of fleet operators including scheduling and dispatching
• Maintain accurate records of fleet inventory, mileage, and maintenance history
• Coordinate with rental agents to ensure accurate rental transactions
• Conduct regular physical inventory checks and coordinate receipt of new vehicles
• Ensure all vehicles meet safety and compliance standards
• Manage impounds and recoveries in a timely manner
• Analyze data to identify operational improvements and prepare performance reports

Requirements

• Proven experience as a supervisor in fleet management or a similar leadership role
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking abilities to drive innovation and change
