Fleet Specialist

Responsibilities

• Distribute and collect vehicle keys and equipment at the start and end of each shift
• Clean and stage vehicles to ensure they are ready for use
• Conduct pre- and post-ride inspections, reporting damage, mechanical issues, and lost items
• Troubleshoot basic fleet application and in-vehicle technology issues, escalating complex problems
• Maintain accurate records of key assignments, vehicle condition, and shift activity
• Provide administrative and logistical support to the fleet management team

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent verbal communication skills and professional, positive attitude
• Basic knowledge of mobile applications and ability to learn new software quickly
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift, bend, and move around a vehicle yard
• Must be able to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a logistics, warehouse, or fleet-related role
