Fleet Specialist

Responsibilities

• Distribute and collect vehicle keys and equipment at shift start and end
• Assist with basic vehicle cleaning and staging to ensure fleet readiness
• Conduct pre- and post-ride inspections, reporting damage, mechanical issues, and lost items
• Troubleshoot basic fleet application and in-vehicle technology issues
• Maintain accurate records of key assignments, vehicle condition, and shift activity
• Provide administrative and logistical support to the fleet management team

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or fleet roles preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent verbal communication skills and professional attitude
• Basic knowledge of mobile applications and ability to learn new software quickly
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move around a vehicle yard
• Must pass a background check
