Fleet Specialist

Responsibilities

• Receive returning vehicles and collect keys, tablets, and driver equipment
• Inspect vehicles for damage, warning lights, or reported issues
• Perform light interior cleaning and restock supplies
• Conduct basic maintenance including oil changes, tire pressure checks, and fluid top-offs
• Replace wipers, bulbs, and minor components
• Pressure wash vehicles and maintain garage cleanliness
• Prepare vehicles for morning dispatch and troubleshoot equipment issues
• Track vehicle assignments, inspections, and maintenance logs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Background in automotive service, fleet operations, or logistics preferred
• Basic mechanical knowledge for minor repairs
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a garage environment
• Ability to work overnight (Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
