Responsibilities

• Drive fleet readiness across emerging markets, ensuring the AV fleet meets performance benchmarks and "ready-for-service" standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of Diagnostic Technicians, setting daily priorities for sensor and EV powertrain calibrations.
• Manage complex service-level agreements (SLAs) and ensure third-party partners are appropriately staffed and trained.
• Implement proactive strategies to maintain electric ride-hail fleet health, including charging and battery infrastructure.
• Monitor real-time fleet health metrics to identify systemic issues and implement rapid-response corrective actions.
• Provide high-level performance insights and executive-ready reporting to Global Fleet Leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of specialized experience in commercial operations or logistics with a focus on large-scale fleet readiness or AV/EV maintenance.
• Direct experience managing or scaling electric vehicle fleets, including high-voltage systems and charging infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex SLAs and drive vendor performance through data-driven accountability.
• Proven success in high-velocity environments meeting fleet uptime and NRR targets.
• Experience managing multiple technical projects simultaneously.
• Strong ability to interpret complex datasets to identify operational gaps and mitigate risks.

• Expertise in fostering cross-functional alignment between Operations and external hardware partners.
• History of elevating technical teams through structured guidance and mentorship.
• Deep understanding of the autonomous vehicle ecosystem and software deployment cycles.
