About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute all daily crew operations to support operational continuity and safety
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, contracts, and company policies within the maritime offshore sector
- Coordinate manning logistics by liaising with onboard crew, agencies, and clients
- Provide practical, innovative solutions for non-standard operational queries
Requirements
- Commercial qualification or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in shipping or offshore
- 3-5 years of experience in Crew Operations or a similar role
- Experience in the offshore sector is desirable
- Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
- Proficiency in English; German language skills are beneficial
