Fleet Performance & Demand Analytics Lead – Asia

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly pipeline calls with regional teams to understand and report on future fleet demand.
• Identify future trends and perform demand analysis to impact customer offerings and value propositions.
• Prepare insightful reporting on fleet performance, including utilization and slow-moving assets, to identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage fleet verification exercises and ensure data consistency within the ERP system.
• Plan, forecast, and execute CAPEX in alignment with business requirements.
• Drive the fleet disposal process, ensuring all requests and system updates are completed upon approval.
• Interpret Salesforce data to align available fleet with demand, highlighting shortages and strategically positioning assets to drive cost efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong experience in demand planning, forecasting, or operations.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data to track trends.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.
• A practical, commercial mindset focused on execution and strategic trade-offs.
• A customer-focused approach with a strong sense of urgency for finding creative solutions.
