About the role
Responsibilities
- Receive quote requests via email or B2B client software
- Manage requests through DMS
- Assign requests to dedicated workshops via email and DMS
- Provide technical support to client warehouses
- Support invoicing processes
- Analyze performance and present results
Requirements
- High school diploma (degree is a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office and DMS
- Native Italian language skills
- Previous experience in the automotive sector or spare parts quoting
- English language skills are a plus
