Responsibilities

• Oversee the upkeep and repair of Halter’s infrastructure to ensure seamless operations
• Diagnose hardware issues and provide feedback to relevant teams
• Deliver towers and collars to ranches and support on-site deployments
• Participate in a global on-call roster to support tower-related incidents
• Collect and analyze hardware data to optimize operational efficiency
• Help develop and manage scalable maintenance systems for the USA market
• Travel frequently to customer sites across the USA

Requirements

• Practical, hands-on experience with tools, electrical work, construction, networking, or equipment fitting
• Proactive, go-getter attitude with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
• Strong collaboration skills for working with global teams
• Willingness to travel frequently (up to 3-4 days per week)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the agriculture sector
