Responsibilities
- Oversee the upkeep and repair of Halter’s infrastructure to ensure seamless operations
- Diagnose hardware issues and provide feedback to relevant teams
- Deliver towers and collars to ranches and support on-site deployments
- Participate in a global on-call roster to support tower-related incidents
- Collect and analyze hardware data to optimize operational efficiency
- Help develop and manage scalable maintenance systems for the USA market
- Travel frequently to customer sites across the USA
Requirements
- Practical, hands-on experience with tools, electrical work, construction, networking, or equipment fitting
- Proactive, go-getter attitude with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- Strong collaboration skills for working with global teams
- Willingness to travel frequently (up to 3-4 days per week)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the agriculture sector
