About the role

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate quotes, invoicing, and closing for used and retail fleet sales
  • Serve as point of contact for sales teams on inventory, availability, and deal status
  • Generate quotes and support Rent Purchase Option (RPO) transactions
  • Assist with margin calculations, equipment payoff, and invoice support
  • Maintain and update reports in the Looker system
  • Manage team inbox inquiries for new and used equipment sales
  • Prepare documents and coordinate logistics for large fleet sales
  • Maintain standard operating procedures and process documentation

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and/or Microsoft Office
  • Construction industry or equipment knowledge preferred
  • Prior sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
