Fleet Operations Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Facilitate support functions to quote, invoice, and close the sales loop for used and retail fleet sales
• Maintain communication with sales teams regarding equipment inventory and availability
• Assist sales teams with Rent Purchase Option (RPO) support and margin calculations
• Generate quotes and prepare documents for closing sales
• Utilize internal systems to maintain accurate transaction history and update reports via Looker
• Coordinate logistics for large equipment sales, including pick up and delivery
• Prepare and update operational procedure documents

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Google Docs, or Microsoft Office
• Fundamental financial acumen regarding pricing, costs, and rental agreements
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task across multiple systems with high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the construction industry or with construction equipment
• Prior sales experience
