Fleet Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Oversee upkeep and repair of on-farm hardware infrastructure
• Diagnose hardware issues and provide feedback to engineering teams
• Support deployment and installation of hardware with South American customers
• Collect and analyze hardware data to optimize operational efficiency
• Participate in a global on-call roster for incident support
• Build and manage a maintenance system tailored to the local market
• Travel regularly (3-4 days a week) to various farm locations

Requirements

• Practical experience with tools, electrical work, construction, or networking
• Direct experience with South American cattle production
• Fluency in both Spanish and English
• Ability to travel frequently across the region
• Strong communication skills for remote team collaboration
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Broader experience in agriculture or agri-tech sectors
