Fleet Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage integrated financing, direct leasing, and asset tracking within a global business environment.
• Oversee asset management including new device add-ons, IMAC changes, and fleet management in ServiceNow (ITSM).
• Maintain the CMDB file for accurate billing and leasing purposes and ensure all compliance documents are available.
• Perform asset tracking for all deployment sites and collaborate with the CMO team to ensure timely invoicing.
• Handle ad-hoc reporting for lease management, including end-of-lease notifications and reconciliation reports.
• Support Customer Account Operations Managers in managing early terminations, buyouts, and end-of-lease disposals.
• Resolve customer and billing disputes in collaboration with the Account Team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of industry experience in Channel, Consumer, or Commercial environments.
• Proven experience in Project or Program Management, preferably within an international setting.
• Strong data management and analytics skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and various reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to prioritize workloads and manage both short-term operational tasks and long-term solutions.
• Fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience working within a global, multicultural business environment.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to identify the impact of global process changes.
