Fleet Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage integrated financing, direct leasing, and fleet operations within a global business environment
• Oversee asset management, including new device add-ons, IMAC changes, and fleet tracking via Service Now (ITSM)
• Maintain the CMDB file for accurate billing and leasing purposes
• Coordinate with the CMO team to ensure timely invoice release and resolve customer disputes
• Perform ad-hoc reporting for lease management and conduct shipped vs. delivered reconciliation
• Support Customer Account Operations Managers in managing early terminations, buyouts, and end-of-lease disposals
• Provide notifications to stakeholders regarding upcoming lease expirations

Requirements

• 2+ years of industry experience in Channel, Consumer, or Commercial environments
• Strong project management and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and data management/reporting tools
• Excellent communication, influencing, and teamwork skills
• Ability to prioritize workloads and manage operational vs. long-term solution trade-offs
• Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in Project or Program Management within an international environment
• Strong business acumen and ability to navigate global business processes
