Fleet Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers as the primary point of contact for strategic discussions and complex issues
• Resolve customer escalations by leveraging in-depth knowledge of organizational products and services
• Utilize data analytics and customer feedback to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for process improvement
• Manage and strengthen relationships with vendors and channel partners to ensure alignment with customer needs
• Implement personalized engagement initiatives to enhance customer retention, loyalty, and advocacy
• Provide regular performance updates and strategic initiative reports to management
• Collaborate across departments to improve solutions and ensure seamless customer interactions
• Mentor and train junior customer engagement managers to facilitate their professional growth
• Ensure all engagement activities comply with ethical, legal, and data protection requirements

Requirements

• Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline
• 4-7 years of work experience in CRM, customer service, customer experience management, or account management
• Or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Sales Operations Professional (CSOP)
