Fleet Operations Dispatch Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily fleet operations for vehicles and trailers based in Bloomington, Indiana
• Serve as the primary point of coordination for schedule and travel fluidity, including weather, hotel, and route adjustments
• Maintain accurate travel and operational tracking documents, including rolling costs and scheduling records
• Monitor driver and trailer locations and ensure clear communication across operations
• Coordinate parking and storage logistics for fleet assets at storage sites
• Support driver hiring, onboarding, and recordkeeping
• Prepare and distribute regular fleet updates and scorecards to leadership
• Coordinate driver travel logistics and scheduling
• Respond to and escalate accidents, breakdowns, and roadside incidents
• Partner with the Senior Manager of Remote Operations to align fleet needs with production schedules

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in fleet dispatch, transportation coordination, fleet compliance, or logistics
• Experience with vehicle maintenance scheduling and driver documentation
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and digital tracking systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Availability for weekend, evening, and on-call support as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in motorsports, racing, or live event logistics
• Working knowledge of DOT regulations and fleet compliance
• Experience creating fleet scorecards or compliance dashboards
• CDL certification
