About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor fleet systems and respond to events and alarms
- Assist with incident triage, documentation, and escalation
- Collaborate with Services Technical Support to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Coordinate with internal teams to support issue resolution and timely communication
- Monitor service maintenance intervals
- Respond to branch personnel and customer queries via chat, email, and phone
- Follow up to ensure issues are resolved before closing cases
- Contribute to knowledge base documentation
- Work with dealerships on viewing and clearing critical alerts
- Adhere to contractual SLO/SLA performance and support team KPIs
Requirements
- Basic understanding of heavy equipment, mechanical systems, or demonstrated interest in developing technical expertise
- Ability to work in a 7x24 environment with rotating shifts and potential on-call schedule
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Working knowledge of G-Suite including Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with a strong, positive work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree, technical certification, trade school training, or equivalent preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in customer support, operations, or technical support
- Exposure to heavy equipment, mechanical systems, or fleet operations
- Exposure or interest in coding, scripting, or SQL/database querying
