About the role

Responsibilities

  • Monitor fleet systems and respond to events and alarms
  • Assist with incident triage, documentation, and escalation
  • Collaborate with Services Technical Support to troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support issue resolution and timely communication
  • Monitor service maintenance intervals
  • Respond to branch personnel and customer queries via chat, email, and phone
  • Follow up to ensure issues are resolved before closing cases
  • Contribute to knowledge base documentation
  • Work with dealerships on viewing and clearing critical alerts
  • Adhere to contractual SLO/SLA performance and support team KPIs

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of heavy equipment, mechanical systems, or demonstrated interest in developing technical expertise
  • Ability to work in a 7x24 environment with rotating shifts and potential on-call schedule
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite including Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with a strong, positive work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree, technical certification, trade school training, or equivalent preferred
  • 0-2 years of experience in customer support, operations, or technical support
  • Exposure to heavy equipment, mechanical systems, or fleet operations
  • Exposure or interest in coding, scripting, or SQL/database querying
