Fleet Monitoring Engineer

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze fleet status in real-time using Alstom's HealthHub™ diagnostic tool to identify alerts and operational events.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client Fleet Managers during commercial service operations.
• Provide remote technical support to drivers and train personnel, including training for station staff.
• Notify management of any incidents that may impact fleet safety and participate in accident investigations.
• Coordinate information regarding railway incidents between the client and depot technical staff.
• Support depot personnel by analyzing logs and events to reduce repair times and improve fleet reliability.
• Create technical and contractual reports to track fleet reliability and incident trends.
• Update alert information and corrective actions in ERP systems and other internal databases.

Requirements

• Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in Mechanics, Electrical, or Electronics.
• At least 5 years of experience in railway maintenance or a similar industrial environment.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of electricity, traction, and braking systems for railways.
• Proven experience in technical documentation writing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience in direct client interaction.

Preferred Qualifications

• University degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Automation Engineering.
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
• Proficiency in French.
• Experience with railway regulations and personnel management.
• Interest in IoT, Big Data, and next-generation technologies.
