Fleet Manager

Responsibilities

• Schedule and oversee regular servicing, repairs, and inspections to maximize vehicle uptime
• Lead the sourcing, tendering, and sale of vehicles and equipment in consultation with users
• Ensure full compliance of all assets and drivers with safety and regulatory standards
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including dealers, repairers, and external service providers
• Utilize fleet management software to generate reports on costs, efficiency, and performance trends

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in large-scale asset and fleet management
• Proficiency in fleet management software and data analysis tools
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to lead a team by example
• Strong stakeholder engagement and management capabilities
