Fleet Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure hotel compliance with GHES and RASS audit requirements, including reviewing findings and implementing corrective action plans
• Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and environmental standards in alignment with global and local regulatory authorities
• Coordinate training for hotel personnel on food safety standards and brand requirements
• Oversee operational responsibility for the Stewarding Department to ensure efficiency and organization
• Lead food waste management initiatives in compliance with environmental regulations
• Manage galley assets, including fixed, mobile, and small equipment, ensuring safety standards and accurate PAR stock levels

Requirements

• Experience in hotel sanitation or asset management
• Knowledge of food safety and environmental compliance standards
• Experience managing stewarding or galley operations
• Ability to coordinate training and implement corrective action plans
