Fleet Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all processes regarding camper vans
• Oversee vehicle preparation and detailing
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to preparation agents
• Participate in agent training and onboarding
• Inspect camper vans upon return to check for damages
• Report damages to HQ in Munich and initiate necessary repairs
• Ensure compliance with quality standards for vehicle preparation

Requirements

• Completed vocational training, preferably in car rental, tourism, or similar fields
• High level of service and customer orientation
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to perform manual tasks
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Problem-solving mindset
• Fluent German and solid English
• Class B driver's license
