Fleet Manager Car Rental

Responsibilities

• Customer support regarding rental cars and workshop replacement vehicles
• Management of the Rhein-Rent fleet of up to 50 vehicles, including preparation, execution, and follow-up (charging, refueling, cleaning)
• Handover and return of vehicles for workshop appointments
• Binding administration and assignment of traffic violations

Requirements

• Training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk, hotel clerk, or similar
• Or existing experience in fleet management or car rental
• High service orientation and enjoyment of customer contact
• Good manners in customer interaction
• Strong organizational talent
• Driving license Class B
• Fluent German in speaking and writing
