Fleet Manager - Assets

Responsibilities

• Manage asset inventory records in systems and on the ground
• Coordinate asset deployment and recovery with the business team
• Manage after-sales support deliverables and KPIs including uptime, costs, and quality
• Oversee asset compliance management such as insurance, FC renewals, and challans
• Interact with OEMs regarding technical issues, parts, and warranty
• Manage teams including service engineers, technicians, and service teams
• Monitor service campaigns, product recalls, and retro-fitment activities
• Manage relationships with business partners, clients, OEMs, and external stakeholders
• Ensure seamless service experience and rapid issue resolution for clients

Requirements

• Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Automobile, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
• 7-10 years of experience in After Sales Operations and customer support
• EV industry experience preferred
• Knowledge of EVs, charging station deployment, and logistics
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data analytics
• Structured problem-solving and detail-oriented approach
