Fleet Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the national fleet management strategy, managing the full asset lifecycle including acquisition, assignment, maintenance, and renewal.
• Manage the fleet budget and identify optimization opportunities in maintenance, fuel, insurance, and leasing.
• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Implement road safety initiatives and risk prevention programs.
• Coordinate and develop the team responsible for fleet operations.
• Manage strategic providers and SLAs to ensure service quality and competitiveness.
• Develop executive indicators and dashboards to support decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Transportation, Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet management (light vehicles, cargo units, and/or forklifts).
• Proven experience leading operational teams and managing external providers.
• Strong knowledge of Fleet Management, asset maintenance, and road safety.
• Proficiency in OPEX/CAPEX budgeting and TCO analysis.
• Experience with telemetry/GPS systems and SAP or similar ERP software.
• Intermediate conversational English skills.
