Responsibilities
- Ensure the fleet remains safe, legally compliant, and operationally available for 24/7 catering operations
- Maintain up-to-date legal documentation and compliance paperwork
- Liaise closely with the Operations team to maximize fleet reliability and minimize downtime
- Act as the main point of contact for the on-site Operations team
- Carry out minor vehicle repairs and maintenance when required
- Manage suppliers and oversee compliance to ensure high standards of safety and quality
