Fleet Maintenance and Driver Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of drivers, ensuring compliance with routes, schedules, and safety regulations
• Control and monitor fuel expenses, toll expenses, and travel allowances
• Implement route optimization methodologies to improve efficiency
• Plan, coordinate, and perform preventive maintenance and repair activities for fleet vehicles and buses
• Maintain spare parts inventory and coordinate with internal technicians and external providers
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, service histories, and compliance documentation
• Control and report fleet operational expenses, maintenance costs, and customer billing
• Manage driver schedules, performance, and overtime validation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, Transportation, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet operations or driver supervision
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (minimum B2 level)
• Proficiency with fleet management systems, ERP, and advanced Excel
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and preventive maintenance programs
• Strong leadership and vendor management skills
• Experience in multicultural and international environments
