Fleet & Inventory Analytics Manager

Responsibilities

• Maintain fleet records including historical maintenance data, inventory management, and administrative considerations
• Oversee trade standards, vendor agreements, and warranty administration
• Develop and maintain regional reports and reporting platforms to improve decision-making
• Manage and reconcile the fleet accounting process, including credits and debits
• Identify and develop process improvements utilizing technology and data analysis
• Facilitate the delivery and receipt of equipment and conduct physical inventory verification
• Develop and follow up on business KPIs
• Confirm the readiness status of idle equipment for rentals or sales

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 3-5 years of related experience in service, parts, or product support operations
• Demonstrated working knowledge of logistics and inventory planning
• Experience in a distribution-based business, preferably within the Construction Equipment industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to travel as necessary within the VCES-CA territory
