Fleet & Facilities Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet and facility operations including maintenance, repairs, and inspections
• Manage preventative maintenance programs and ensure timely completion
• Conduct vehicle inspections and enforce driver compliance
• Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, and company standards
• Source and coordinate local vendors for maintenance and site repairs
• Manage inventory of supplies, tools, and basic equipment
• Serve as the primary safety point of contact and execute site-level safety programs
• Maintain accurate documentation in systems like Whip Around

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in fleet, facilities, logistics, or warehouse operations
• Working knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, and CDL-related regulations
• Experience managing fleet maintenance and preventative maintenance programs
• Ability to perform basic diagnostics and troubleshoot equipment
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts or aislemasters
• Experience coordinating vendors and managing site-level projects
• Experience with inspection and tracking tools like Whip Around
• Strong understanding of OSHA and warehouse safety standards

Benefits

• Compensation between $75,000 - $80,000
