Fleet Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day fleet operations, including vehicle allocation and driver coordination
• Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing and repairs
• Track and manage vehicle registrations, insurance renewals, permits, and other compliance requirements
• Maintain accurate records of fleet assets, vehicle documentation, and operational reports
• Monitor fleet utilization, fuel consumption, and operational expenses to improve efficiency
• Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers for fleet-related requirements
• Ensure compliance with UAE traffic laws, company policies, and safety standards
• Prepare regular fleet performance reports and provide operational updates to management
• Support incident reporting and follow up on vehicle-related issues and resolutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in fleet, logistics, or transportation operations
• Strong knowledge of fleet management processes and UAE transportation regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
