Fleet Dispatcher/Fleet Management Associate

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound goods and ensure optimal vehicle utilization
• Monitor quality and service indicators for temperature-controlled food transport
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations such as driving times
• Optimize operational processes within the fleet management area
• Act as a contact person for customers and employees regarding logistical questions

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in logistics or trade
• Several years of professional experience in route planning and optimization
• Ideally experience in personnel planning and leading small teams
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
• Driving license Class C/CE is an advantage but not required
