Fleet Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Perform regular safety and condition inspections on all fleet vehicles
• Respond to and resolve immediate fleet concerns to minimize road calls
• Track and document all 3rd party maintenance activities, including vehicle reports and service records
• Process invoices for all 3rd party services
• Support fleet technology upkeep, including Wi-Fi units, telematics, and onboard tablets
• Complete assigned work orders and service entries accurately
• Collaborate with fleet management and operations to optimize fleet readiness
• Schedule maintenance with outsourced service providers and transport vehicles to shops

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• 1+ years of maintenance experience with various vehicles
• Experience with transit buses and motor coaches strongly preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
• Current/Active DOT Medical Card
• Current/Active Class A or B CDL
• Ability to pass pre-employment DOT drug test
• Proficient English communication skills
• Flexibility to work outside regularly scheduled hours if needed
• Ability to work in outside environments and inclement weather
