About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the Volkswagen Rent program project
- Handle back office tasks including commercial condition setup and program presentation
- Manage specific clients including TCO positioning, order placement, and delivery tracking
- Provide direct assistance to the dealer network regarding brand operating procedures
- Act as an interface between the manufacturer Fleet service, field forces, and the Fleet Solutions department
- Monitor driving school transformations, including order tracking and kit supplies
- Manage the Fleet budget and provide BI commercial support
- Control commercial operations by analyzing anomalous files
- Conduct market studies including competitor offers and volume analysis
- Perform activity reporting using Tableau and Excel
- Coordinate the organization of Fleet Solutions manufacturer events
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in business or equivalent
- Strong commercial profile
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- English language skills are an advantage
- Previous commercial experience (internship or apprenticeship)
- Experience in the automotive sector is highly appreciated
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to travel within the dealer network
