Fleet Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate driver and host schedules with bus partners
• Manage bus assignments and handle breakdowns by arranging alternates and shifting passengers
• Serve as the primary point of contact between field teams and the internal operations team
• Coordinate with traffic control for daily issues and monitor route deviations
• Track and report violations and generate daily operational reports
• Provide insights on route adjustments and manage boarding point coordinates
• Monitor and report illicit activities to maintain operational integrity
• Ensure completion of training programs and initiate background verification processes

Requirements

• Engineering graduate
• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in intercity travel operations, logistics, or last-mile operations
• Strong geographical knowledge of North India
• Ability to work flexible 24/7 shifts in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel regularly (extensive travel required)
• Fluency in English and Hindi
• Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and data analysis skills
