About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule fleet equipment maintenance activities, including in-house and field repairs, preventive maintenance, and diagnostic troubleshooting.
- Provide analytical support for vehicle and equipment management, including planning and monitoring fleet inventories.
- Develop technical and performance-based specifications for the acquisition of new vehicles and specialized equipment.
- Prepare purchase orders and contracts for vehicle, equipment, and upfitting procurements.
- Collect, analyze, and evaluate fleet operations and maintenance data to improve safety, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency.
- Track and compile information for reporting and regulatory compliance to ensure adherence to laws and industry standards.
Requirements
- Experience in fleet equipment maintenance coordination.
- Proven ability to provide analytical support for vehicle and equipment management.
- Experience developing technical specifications and managing procurement processes.
- Proficiency in data collection, evaluation, and reporting.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance tracking within a fleet or industrial environment.
