Fleet Controller

Responsibilities

• Manage the effective delivery of truck haulage to ensure operational performance aligns with client expectations.
• Schedule drivers, trucks, and trailer combinations to deliver work safely and efficiently.
• Maintain strict compliance with Qube policies and all applicable Heavy Vehicle and Main Roads legislation.
• Coordinate closely with customer supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across transport operations.
• Report directly to the Operations Manager regarding fleet performance and compliance.

Requirements

• Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing schedules and deadlines.
• Prior experience in a similar role or a strong background in the transport industry.
• A willingness to learn and grow within the logistics sector.

Preferred Qualifications

• Current MC (Multi-Combination) licence.
• Dangerous Goods licence.
