Roadsurfer is Europe's largest campervan rental company, expanding its ecosystem for sustainable outdoor travel through rental, sales, and unique camping spot bookings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all processes related to camper van preparation
• Manage technical operations and provide guidance to Station Service Specialists and Support Agents
• Conduct training sessions for station agents to maintain operational excellence
• Support Station Manager with onboarding and follow-up training
• Perform daily maintenance tasks including checking fluids and emptying black/grey water tanks
• Inspect returned camper vans for damage and coordinate necessary repairs
• Manage inventory of stock, spare parts, and station supplies
• Build and maintain relationships with local workshops for vehicle maintenance
• Ensure all scheduled weekly, monthly, and yearly maintenance is completed

Requirements

• Two or more years of experience in retail, hospitality, or the RV industry
• Valid in-state driver's license and a clear motor vehicle record
• Ability to drive company vehicles (must be at least 21 years of age)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to complete OSHA certifications within 90 days of hire
• Ability to lift up to 40+ pounds and perform physical tasks like climbing, kneeling, and stooping
• Open availability to work weekends and holidays
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field
