About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all processes regarding camper vans
- Oversee vehicle preparation and detailing
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to preparation agents
- Participate in agent training and development
- Inspect camper vans upon return to identify damages
- Report damages to HQ and initiate necessary repairs
- Ensure compliance with quality standards for vehicle preparation
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, preferably in car rental, tourism, or similar fields
- High level of service and customer orientation
- Hands-on mentality and willingness to perform physical tasks
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Problem-solving mindset
- Fluent German and solid English
- Class B driver's license
